I'd just go for the usual suspects (all chapters required)
1) Flail*
2) Cyclone Axe
3) Triple Chop {e}**
4) Dismember
5) Executioner's Strike
6) "Watch Yourself!"
7) Enraging Charge***
8) Rez
*) Tiger Stance if you don't own Nightfall. if you only own Prophecies, I'd recommend to drop IAS, since Frenzy won't cut it in most PuGs, Flurry SUCKS and Tiger's Fury needs you to spec into a fourth attribute line
**) Cleave if you don't own Factions
***) Sprint, if you don't own Nightfall
If you can manage it, try to change your secondary to a profession, that has a hard rez (Monk, Ritualist or Paragon comes to mind).
Imho the only reason using /N is Plage Touch, but you won't encounter *that* much conditions in the Fissure that you'd need to carry it imho.
One thing about selfheal. I guess it's a matter of preference. I think every warrior would be better off letting monks do their job an focus on a warrior's job: dealing damage. However, a lot of PvE-Players don't (want to?) realize how much better a warrior specced to do some bashing and slaying is compared to a "tank", so don't blame me, if you won't find a group with this setup, but trust me, it's *very* potent in FoW and almost everywhere else
